Collective Medicine Circle
Orinda, CA
A monthly gathering for self-care and connection.
You’re invited to our Collective Medicine Circle
Once a month, we create space to pause, ground ourselves, and reconnect, with ourselves and with one another. In a world that often feels overwhelming, where our minds are busy and our nervous systems are stretched, we'll come together to regulate, reflect, practice gratitude, and remember that we don't have to carry life's joys and sorrows alone.
Together, we'll hold space through meditation, storytelling, poetry, grounding practices, and honest conversation. Bring your wisdom, questions, your hopes, your anxieties, your joy, and simply come as you are. Healing happens in community, and we can't wait to spend this year gathering, growing, and sharing collective medicine with you. ♥
First Thursday of each month.
Next circle is 6th aug, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Alycia Tumlin
Hi, I’m Alycia. I’m a women’s circle guide, gardener, and urban homesteader who believes that nature is the oldest teacher we have, and that when we recalibrate to her rhythms, we recalibrate to ourselves. I teach people how to grow their own food and understand their land through hands-on garden coaching, the same way I guide women in circle: with practical skills, earth-based ritual, and honest reflection. Everything I do is rooted in helping people reconnect to their own inner knowing through co-regulation with nature, whether we’re tending a bed of soil or the parts of ourselves we’ve neglected for too long.

Why We Circle
● We circle because life asks us to hold more than one person can carry alone. In all the tending and staying “fine”, many of us lose touch with our own needs. This is a pause—one place where nothing is asked of you and you can finally exhale.
● We circle to remember what it feels like to be grounded, present, and human, and because healing is gentler and more possible in community.
● People who want a regular, reliable space to slow down and recalibrate.
● Anyone whose nervous system is running on fumes and needs real nourishment
● Folks craving community
● People longing for honest connection, shared humanity, and a place to practice being their whole selves.
Who This Circle Is For
What We’ll Do
● Ground together through breath, meditation, sound, and simple nervous system regulation practices.
● Share stories, reflections, and honest truth in a safe container
● Learn small, practical ways to reconnect with the cycles of the natural world.
Practical Details
We understand life is busy, so each circle is available as a one time experience, however, we encourage attending multiple months to build deeper connections and experience a collective journey of healing.
