In this 3-part series, you’ll learn to:
Hi!
I’m Alycia,
The Garden Witch
Years ago, during a profound life transition, the spirit of the garden whispered that I was meant to share all I knew about gardening and to help guide people deeper into their own garden journeys. I understood this as my particular part in the Earth’s healing: the work she was asking to do through my hands.
And yes I know how unbelievable that sounds…
but it happened.
And I listened to the call.
So I wove together the practical skills I’d learned through 12 years of urban homesteading ~ growing food and medicine in my backyard, raising chickens and rabbits, composting, preserving, and learning from the land ~ with the inner work of soul tending, all held inside the collective medicine of earth-based ritual, ceremony, and circle.
The daily rhythms of putting my hands in the soil, caring for animals, growing and preparing my own food, and sitting in honest ceremony with other women brought me back to life after a long time in the dark.
And yes,I am also this loud mouthed bish on the internet…→
My mission is to share what I know about how to grow well, how to tend to our inner and outer gardens alongside the turning year, and how to infuse magick into ordinary garden work…
But above all else, my aim is to help you remember that
if you’re willing to get your hands a little dirty, you can create real change ~
in a small patch of soil, in your own life, and in the world around you.
YOU are the magick you’ve been seeking
Cuz if you haven’t noticed, there’s a lot that looks and feels pretty bleak these days…
The technofascist death-cult parasites are betting we’ll stay too isolated, exhausted, and terrified to resist their AI takeover-climate collapse-annihilation-of-the-underclass kink.
And while they have a pretty solid grasp on how to burn shit down, they don’t seem to have much of a vision for what comes next.
“Consume everything as quickly as we can, while we desperately try to prep our bunkers or blast ourselves off-planet before it all burns” is not a long-term plan.
But you and I?
Us Mother Lovers???
Us radical, gardenhearted womxn who sing and dance to the thrumming song of the Earth goddess from our third eye throat chakra loins???
We have a vision.
One that’s rooted in the matriarchal permaculture principles of:
Earth Care
People Care
Fair Share
But if we want to cultivate a more Earth-loving world where people and planet can truly thrive, we have to remember how powerful we are as creators ~ how to work with the magick available to us, to grow food, make medicine, care for soil, follow the seasons, share skills, and actively participate in the living systems that make thriving possible.
In other words: we’re going to have to get our hands dirty.
And the Garden is our practice ground
The way we tend the seeds to grow this vision is to LIVE IT in whatever ways we can, wherever we are, right now, in our own backyards. We can’t wait to have the perfect conditions. We need to learn and teach these skills to our kids, share them openly, and band together in common-unity.
It also means tending and nourishing our mind~body~heart~souls with nutritious food, friendship, time in the living world, and the care we want everyone to have access to ~ then passing it hand to hand until it becomes the culture we live in.
We’re cultivating communities of care
Magick is everywhere, if we make it

PRACTICAL GARDEN MAGICK
Magick is the art of working in conscious relationship with the seen and unseen forces that shape our lives: the Earth, the seasons, plants, Spirit, ancestors, intuition, desire, and our own capacity to act.
When you can feel the energy moving beneath the surface and actively choose to participate in the changes you want to make in your garden, your body, your home, and your life, you are engaging in magick.
The Autumn Equinox, sometimes called the Witches’ Thanksgiving, is a potent time for this work. It marks the turning point between summer and fall, when day and night are almost equal and we start moving into the darker half of the year. But the garden is still showing off wiith fruit ripening, plants seeding, and summer crops giving us their last big push.
This is a time for celebrating abundance and delighting in the fact that we are part of such a lush, horny, endlessly inventive planet. It’s also a season of change. We watch things we loved and tended all summer start to fade, yellow, and die back. Even when we know it’s part of the cycle, change can be uncomfortable.
And the changes we’re facing aren’t only seasonal. We are living through intense cultural, economic, political, and structural upheaval, alongside whatever is shifting in our own homes and bodies. Practical Garden Magick is a place to bring the truth of what you’re facing, personally and collectively, to learn with other women, and to deepen the skills and relationships that can help hold us through whatever comes next.
This three-part virtual immersion combines fall gardening, deep seasonal journeywork, and shared ritual space. You’ll learn what your garden needs as it moves into fall and winter, while using the wisdom of the season to tend your mind, body, and spirit.
Growing food, learning the rhythms of your place, and building relationship with the more-than-human world are practical forms of resilience. They’re also fun! So is gathering with other women to swap knowledge, reorient towards hope, share what’s alive for us, and remember that care, beauty, pleasure, and community are necessary parts of not only how we make it through, but how we build the culture of the new world.

Not at all!
The gardening workshop will cover practical fall garden care that can benefit gardeners at any level, but this experience goes well beyond basic gardening instruction.
You’ll be invited to deepen your relationship with the garden through ritual, observation, seasonal reflection, and magick—and explore how tending your outer garden can help you more intentionally cultivate your inner world.
Even experienced gardeners will find new ways to work with the garden as teacher, oracle, sanctuary, and practice ground.
All that said, we have a super gracious refund policy. You can come to the first ritual, and if after that it doesn’t feel like a fit, we’ll give you all your money back, no questions asked.
Perhaps come check it out?! -
Yes. You don’t need a backyard—or even a place to plant right now—to participate. You can work with a few pots on a windowsill, tend a houseplant, visit a community garden or local park, or simply begin learning the skills you’ll use when you do have space to grow.
This experience is about much more than straightforward gardening education. Even if you skipped the practical garden workshop entirely and participated only in the ceremony and Gathering Garden Circles, you would still get tons of value through ritual, guided journeywork, seasonal reflection and the experience of tending your inner garden in community.

Anyone who identifies as a woman, as well as nonbinary and gender-expansive people who feel comfortable engaging in women-centered spaces, are warmly welcome. This is a trans-inclusive space.

Due to the digital nature of this offering, all sales are final and there are no refunds. But don’t worry—this experience is packed with so much practical garden wisdom, magick, connection, and delight that I don’t think you’ll want one!
-
Yes! Every session will be recorded, so you can watch and complete the practices on your own schedule. Attending live adds the energy, conversation, and connection of gathering in circle, but it isn’t required to receive the teachings, rituals, guided journeys, or practical gardening education. You’ll still get plenty from the program even if you participate entirely through the recordings.
-
The recordings will be available to you for as long as I have the platform they're hosted on!
